ELECTRONIC HOTEL LOCK -BASE RFID (9004 SERIES) This electronic hotel door lock is from BASE RFID (9004). It is Be-Tech’s latest electronic lock series in 2021. The RFID technology allows it to be totally tactlessness which is exactly what we need to be giving after the whole Covid-19 situation all over the world. This electronic lock is also great for all-in-one card applications.
Let’s start with its look, it comes with metal finishes of silver, mocha red and brown. It uses 4 x 1.5V power through AA alkaline batteries. It doesn’t look that batteries can fit into it but they are actually inside of the back lock. The handle is made of zinc alloy material however the whole lock is made with stainless steel quality SUS304. In cases of emergency, there is an emergency opening with the mechanical cylinder and there is an electro-mechanical locking mechanism for the locking mechanism. As for panic situations, the deadbolt and latch are automatically retracted from the inside handle. This is easy even for kids. But if you go for a mechanical override, it is going to be difficult for you.
For system software compatibly, they use BIS HOTEL because it allows 11 free sectors for future all-in-one card application use. The door thickness should be 35- 80mm because the lock features a 20mm throw of high strength deadbolt. The storage temperature should remain 40°C to 80° C. The mortise lock case is available in ANSI, AUS, and EURO versions, so it can be used in different places. The lock has 13.56MHz technology and 414 event audit trails.
This hotel door lock has got supported RFID ISO 14443 A (MIFARE Classic) Standard. The lock features an anti-friction mechanism and has a future-proof re-programmable FLASH RAM lock memory. One of the great things about this lock is that people with physical disabilities can use the ADA compliant. Lastly, the company has put anti-hacker technology that doesn’t allow re-program FLASH RAM lock memory from outside sources. This makes it very safe and different from all the previous versions. |
